As a PARTICIPANT of the Fall Trash to Treasures, I agree to:

1. Be responsible for any damages to Town property as a result of my participation in the festival. No steel
spikes in asphalt or sidewalk. Must leave site clean and litter free.
2. There will be ample parking off Railroad Ave. & Hampton St. for large vehicles and trailers. (NO
commercial vehicles with more than 4 wheels are allowed within the 2700 block of Cleveland ST.)
3. Be responsible for any and all federal, state and licenses required.
4. Set up the display so as to leave sidewalk space for the passage of pedestrians, wheelchairs, or any other
handicap equipment.
5. No use of any alcoholic beverages on the Town’s public property.
6. Overnight security will not be provided.
7. I will abide by the designated hours scheduled for the event. (8am-2pm) and will have all unsold items
or Food Vendor Trailers and rented space cleared by 2:45 pm due to re-opening
of Cleveland Street at 3pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
