The Town of Elloree is accepting proposals for a roof repair to Town Buildings.
Proposals will be reviewed by Mayor and Council and a contract could be issued to the plan which best meets the purposes as determined by the Town of Elloree Council.
This proposal shall include the following:

Repairing the “flat” roof on the “Old Town Hall” building.
This building has been in a state of constant repair from leaks due to the age and the lack of construction to move water off the roof. -
Repairing leaks in the “Old Gym” at Joe Miller Park.
Administrative Requirements:

Description of your company (years in operation, background, etc.)

Two references of similar type projects

Business License for the Town of Elloree
(If awarded the contract, a business license will be required)

Proof of Insurance

Information on warranty for work

A written plan for proposed work

Licenses and certificates held by the contractor
The contractor’s information will be kept on file for at least one year in the event of future repair work.
