Shop Elloree First
The Town of Elloree is proud to support a diverse array of local businesses, offering a wide variety of goods and services. We encourage residents and visitors alike to participate in our “Shop Elloree First” campaign, supporting local merchants and helping our community thrive.


Business Licenses

  • Requirements:
    • All businesses operating within the corporate limits of Elloree must hold a valid town business license.
    • This includes businesses based in Elloree as well as independent contractors conducting operations within town limits.
  • Validity:
    • Business licenses are valid for one year, from April 1 to March 31.

Disposal Solutions

  • Trash Pickup Services:
    • For service inquiries, contact 1-803-759-0231.

Yard Sales

    • Yard Sale Permits:
      • Each household may hold two yard sales per year with a valid permit.
      • Permits are available at Town Hall for $5.00 and are valid for one day.
    • Annual Town-Wide Yard Sale:
      • During the “Trash to Treasures” event, held each spring and fall, yard sales do not require permits.
    • Non-Compliance Fine:
