ask a question(s) about the 2025-26 Budget.

1. Town Council Meeting Called to Order. Welcome. Invocation. Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Approval of Minutes from the June Council Meeting.
3. Elloree Water Department Report.
4. Elloree Fire Department.
5. Police Department Report and Update.
6. Clerk’s Report is in our notebook / Clerk of Court Report.
7. Old Business
A. Thank-you to all who made the Town of Elloree’s Independence Day Celebration a success.
8. New Business
A. Final Reading of the 2025-26 Budget.
B. Environmental Engineer to do preliminary site evaluations at Loyns Park for the revitalization
project
C. Report from Rep Govan’s Town Hall meeting last week:
1. DOT and the I-95 Bridge Construction 2. State Treasurer’s Office Report: unclaimed property
3. AARP 4. Casino status
D. FYI: this coming January, will be the first Elloree receives a franchise fee from DPU
E. Review of Safebuilt Contract – Code Enforcement/ Building Inspections
9. Executive Session: Police Department Personnel: Per Section 30-4-70 (a) (1)
